To support the international expansion of Motorimpex, the strategic marketing agency MAKE SENSE developed a marketing strategy that includes brand strategy, communication strategy, and rebranding.

Motorimpex is the No.1 hydraulic company in Ukraine, holding a 40% market share, employing the largest team of engineers and designers, having its own design bureau, and offering the highest level of hydraulic expertise in the market. For many European partners, the main challenge lies in the lengthy, complex, and expensive solution development process — slow response times, delays in estimates, engineering proposals, and a general lack of quality engineering expertise.

That’s why we consolidated all our key strengths into a competitive strategy: “Easy Access To Superior Hydraulic Expertise.”
Easy Access means we make top-tier hydraulic expertise easily accessible — we respond to client inquiries within hours, provide proposals and expert solutions within a week, and show full engagement in the process.
Superior Hydraulic Expertise means that from the first meeting, clients communicate directly with experienced engineers who know the latest technologies, all available hydraulic components, and their equivalents. We don’t count hours spent or bill for communication.

To ensure this competitive strategy works as effectively as possible, powerful communication is essential. That’s why, inspired by the principles of leading global brands, we created the creative platform “Bye Risks, Hi Motorimpex.”
This is a dynamic, adaptive platform that can be easily scaled across all types of creative materials — from product content and case studies to brand communications. For example: Bye Inefficiency, Hi Motorimpex; Bye Chaos, Hi Motorimpex; Bye Delays, Hi Motorimpex; Bye One-Day Warranty, Hi Motorimpex.

Additionally, MAKE SENSE carried out a modern rebranding of the company in line with the latest global trends in industrial design. As part of the communication strategy, the agency also proposed a series of the most effective B2B tools for entering the European market, along with content tailored for each of these channels.

Kyrylo Tereshchenko, owner of MAKE SENSE:
“We are confident that Ukrainian businesses setting new standards of quality are well-deserving of international expansion. Ukraine has much to offer the world. Our mission as an agency is to help Ukrainian companies become renowned international brands and to communicate their strengths — quality, vision, talented people, and technology — while creating added value in every market they enter.”

Viktor Skrypnikov, Head of International Development at MOTORIMPEX:
“In Ukraine, we have already realized nearly all of our potential. We are the undisputed leader in hydraulic equipment. Therefore, entering international markets is a logical next step for the company. We are confident that we have much to offer to international clients.”
