Developing a business and brand strategy for the fund's evolution

MAKE SENSE developed the idea and strategy for the Charity Foundation Blagomay, which creates the largest network of children’s spaces in Ukraine. Here every child will have a space of safety, development and support.

BLAGOMAY HUB is a safe space where every socially vulnerable child will have own space of safety, development and support. Therefore, the project ecosystem includes the following components:

• SAFETY AND HEALTH – a place of peace, safety, love, where children are heard and understood, and where they can take care of themselves; thematic seminars and trainings, practical classes, sports games, consultations with a psychologist, medical and legal specialists will be held here.
• EDUCATION AND SOFT SKILLS – a place for personal, general and professional development, with access to modern technologies, language learning, computer technology, career guidance, etc.
• SOCIALIZATION AND SUPPORT – a place of interaction with the world, participation in the lives of others and an individual approach to each child, gaining social skills and expanding social ties, setting goals and identifying the child’s dreams and desires.

When creating the project, MAKE SENSE was guided by the best international experience of large charitable organizations working with vulnerable children. In developed countries, such organizations take on more responsibility and create their own large projects.
