Strategic marketing agency MAKE SENSE has developed a brand and business strategy for Study Less, one of the largest online English language schools in Ukraine.

The new strategy has become a catalyst for brand and business transformation, making English proficiency part of a broader value proposition.

Study Less is transforming into an ecosystem where individuals can grow and develop comprehensively. As stated in the brand’s mission statement: “We exist to open up a world of endless possibilities through the English language, to develop people’s potential and move them towards a better life.” Study Less offers limitless learning content, helps people learn English, and provides a platform for personal development and continuous growth.

This strategy is supported by the school’s own know-how, the SEVEN_T learning technology, which makes Study Less more than a school. It includes speaking practices, speaking clubs, song lessons, grammar webinars, community participation, specialized lessons, and offline meetings in more than 100 cities in Ukraine and around the world.

A separate and important part of the strategy is the school’s involvement in unlocking the personal potential of its students. New unique products at the intersection of self-development and English language learning will be presented by the end of the year.

As part of the new strategy, MAKE SENSE has also completely rebranded the school and updated the Customer Journey Map.

“The greatest chemistry happens when you create a business strategy for ambitious people who are constantly striving for more, who are always inventing new trends, new meanings, and new tools. The owners of Study Less are two ambitious leaders, self-made individuals, united by a desire to erase the boundaries of learning, constantly create new levels, and help people realize their potential in all areas of life through learning English. This idea is the basis of the new strategy.

“The fundamental difference between our school is that we do not evaluate students’ success by the number of modules they have completed. We look at how new knowledge and skills helped a person achieve a better quality of life. Our goal is not just to teach, but to promote non-stop development. And thanks to this innovative strategy and rebranding, Study Less will become a powerful platform of endless opportunities for each of our students.
